
Hi, I’m Linda Kaye - also known as The Boundaries Queen.
For most of my life, I was everyone’s emotional anchor.
I loved deeply, gave endlessly, and lost myself in relationships that felt like home - even when they hurt.
My nervous system was wired for survival, not safety. And until I learned how to calm my body, rebuild my self-trust, and set boundaries that honored me - no amount of mindset work or therapy could fill the void.
After four divorces, countless heartbreaks, and a lifetime of people-pleasing, I finally had to face the truth: I wasn’t unlucky in love - I was unhealed.
That’s when everything changed. Not just my relationships, but the way I lived, breathed, and connected with myself.
Now, I help men and women around the world do the same - to heal their nervous system, break generational patterns, and finally create love that feels safe, peaceful, and aligned.
So many of us have been conditioned to think our way out of pain - to analyze, justify, or “understand” why we end up in the same cycles.
But true healing doesn’t happen in your mind.
It happens when your body finally believes it’s safe.
My mission is to bridge emotional healing with nervous system science - helping you stop chasing love from a dysregulated state, and start attracting it from a grounded one.
Because when you feel safe in your body:
You stop confusing anxiety for chemistry.
You stop mistaking control for connection.
You stop settling for love that drains you.
At The Boundaries Queen, we don’t just talk about boundaries - we embody them.
We teach you to hold your energy, speak your truth, and still stay open to love.
This is not about building walls.
It’s about rebuilding you - from the inside out.
My Mission
To guide men and women through heartbreak recovery, nervous system regulation, and emotional rewiring so they can create conscious, fulfilling relationships rooted in self-trust and safety.
There are endless courses out there promising “healing” and “self-love.” But most only scratch the surface.
They give you affirmations without the embodiment to back them up.
The Boundaries Queen was created for people who are done with surface-level healing.
People who’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even gone to therapy - but still find themselves anxious in love, unable to relax, or replaying the same patterns.
This work goes deeper - right into your nervous system, the place where your emotional patterns live.

It came from life itself.
From rebuilding after four divorces.
From learning how to hold myself through panic instead of abandoning myself.
From discovering what it means to create love that’s peaceful, not performative.
Every framework I teach has been lived - tested through my own healing and proven through hundreds of clients who’ve rebuilt their relationships with themselves and others.
When I’m not leading workshops or holding space for clients, you’ll find me living the calm I once craved - journaling with my morning tea, dancing barefoot in my living room, or walking my rescue dog at sunset.



I’m obsessed with slow mornings, deep conversations, and the quiet strength that comes from choosing peace over pressure.
I believe healing doesn’t mean life becomes perfect - it means you finally feel safe enough to live it fully.
To laugh deeply. To love gently. To rest.
Because that’s the point of all this work - to come back home to the version of yourself that doesn’t need to hustle for worthiness anymore.
